First Movers in Venezuela. We were the first mining company in Venezuela to formally legalize and operate under the framework established by local authorities, paving the way for a regulated industry in the region.
Launched in 2016 with early-generation miners such as the Bitmain S4 and Spondoolies S35, we scaled our operation from a modest 300 kVA setup to a 32 MW multi-site operation by 2024. Spread across eight locations, this infrastructure was developed and managed entirely in-house, navigating Venezuela’s complex economic and regulatory challenges.
